PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an anisotropic switching spring magnet that has a large degree of anisotropy, a large squareness ratio, and a high maximum energy product.
SOLUTION : The anisotropic switching spring magnet contains at least three phases of R2Fe14B phase, α-Fe phase, and R-Cu phase; and the composition formula of the magnet is expressed by RxFe100-x-y-zByCuz (wherein, R denotes one, two, or more kinds of rare-earth elements and x, y, and z respectively denote numbers meeting 2≤x≤11, 1≤y≤10, and 0.5≤z≤5). In addition, the composition formula of the R-Cu phase is expressed by RwCu100-w (wherein, w denotes a number meeting 5≤w≤60). |
