PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a polymer cement composition having excellent flowability, small change of length, excellent durability and excellent sticking strength to concrete and suitably used for various repairing work or the like, a material for repairing which contains the composition, and polymer cement grout mortar and a repairing material containing the polymer cement grout mortar.
SOLUTION : The polymer cement composition contains portland cement, an expanding material, re-emulsion type powder resin, aggregate, a fibrous material having 3-30 mm length, a shrinkage reducing agent, a water reducing agent and a defoaming agent and the content of aggregate is 150-300 pts. per 100 pts. in total of portland cement and the expanding material. The polymer cement grout material is prepared by mixing 30-50 pts. water per 100 pts. in total of the portland cement and the expanding material in the polymer cement composition with the polymer cement composition. The material for repairing contains the polymer cement composition. The repairing material contains polymer cement grout mortar. |
