PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a self-organized rare earth bond magnet and its manufacturing method for further making compact, lightweight and high-outputting a permanent magnet rotator type or permanent magnet field type brushless motor or DC motor.
SOLUTION : The specific manufacturing method of the rare earth bond magnet comprises the steps of : (1) manufacturing a compound composed of a cluster phase A, a continuous phase B, a chemical contact C, and additives to be appropriately added as needed; (2) compressing the compound to manufacture a green compact from a sheet to a film; (3) applying thermal treatment to the green compact to manufacture a magnet precursor for self-organizing the cluster phase A and the continuous phase B using the chemical contact C; and (4) converting a form into an annular or arcuate form by the polymer chain orientation of the continuous phase B in the magnet precursor. |
