PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce carbon dioxide, by providing a method for fixing the carbon dioxide by electricity and a plant, for the purpose of solving such problems that execution of the protocol of COP3 in Kyoto is not enough advanced under the existing circumstances and seems to be a rather difficult subject in spite of existence of plans for reducing the carbon dioxide until 2012, and therefore, reduction of the carbon dioxide on the earth is absolute responsibility of earthpeople, and further it is never allowed to leave this subject as it is in the present situation, while the global warming is progressing and some scientists say that the earth would ruin after 100 years or less if the present situation would be left as it is.
SOLUTION : This method for fixing the carbon dioxide by the electricity and the plant comprises accelerating fixation of the carbon dioxide by directly or indirectly impressing a voltage of the electricity on (applying a current of the electricity to) a plant body so as to activate the plant body. The carbon dioxide is reduced by introducing electric energy which is most economical into the plant and making use of power of the plant. The applicant who is one of the earthpeople answers the problems as a part of the responsibility by the method although it is modest. |
