PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide conductive paste for forming a conductor film excellent in a heat-resistance on a piezoelectric ceramic material. SOLUTION : The conductor forming main component of the conductive paste is platinum powder containing rare-earth oxide powder with an average particle diameter of 10-100 nm. It is preferable to contain the oxide powder of rare earth element by 0.1 to 0.3 part in 100 part of platinum powder in mass ratio. Yttrium oxide or oxide of rare earth element belonging to cerium group is recommended as a preferable oxide powder of rare earth element.
