PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a non-linear voltage resistor porcelain composition in which sintering can be sufficiently performed, in which an electrostatic capacitance can be lowered even when a circuit voltage is lowered, and which has excellent voltage load lifetime characteristics at a high temperature; and to provide an electronic part, such as a multilayer chip varistor, etc. using the composition. SOLUTION : The non-linear voltage resistor porcelain composition contains a main component containing a zinc oxide, a first accessory constituent containing the oxide of a rare earth element, a second accessory constituent containing an Si oxide, and a third accessory constituent containing at least one type of oxide of Cr and Mo. A ratio of the third accessory constituent to a main constituent of 100 mol is 0 atomic %< third accessory constituent < 2 atomic % in terms of the Cr and the Mo.
