The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a rare earth permanent magnet which connects pulse current and a direct current generating device to a magnetic field press in series instead of using only a conventional direct current magnetic field or a pulse magnetic field, and mixes and uses the pulse magnetic field and the direct current magnetic field during magnetic field forming, thereby improving a magnetic field orientation degree of a powder, sintering a forming body having an improved magnetic field orientation degree and performing heat treatment. The manufacturing method of a rare earth permanent magnet according to the present invention comprises : a preparing process of preparing a raw material powder which is made of a rare earth alloy including rare earth elements and iron and has a particle size of 2 to 10 μ m; a process of filling the raw material powder into a forming metal mold; a process of performing compression molding while applying direct current of a lower magnetic field than the pulse current after a pulse current applying process; a sintering process after the magnetic field forming; and a heat treatment process of performing heat treatment twice or more after the sintering process.(AA) Magnetic field strength(BB) TimeCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
