PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of regenerating a neodymium iron boron (Nd-Fe-B) sintered magnet in which a magnetic performance is recovered or improved from a waste magnetic material. SOLUTION : A method includes : a step of demagnetizing a magnetic material originating in a waste magnetic assembly by performing a periodical heating and cooling of the magnetic material, fragmenting an adhesive agent adhered to the magnetic material, putting a crack on a coating layer of the magnetic material, performing at least on of a mechanical process and a chemical process to the magnetic material, removing the coating layer, and preparing the magnetic material excluding an impurity; a step of forming a power by fragmenting the demagnetization magnetic material; and a step of mixing the powder with a rare earth material R and an element additive A. The rare earth material R includes at least one of Nd and Pr, and the element additive A includes at least one of Nd, Pr, Dy, Co, Cu, and Fe.
