PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a polyolefin resin aqueous dispersion realizing a dry coat excellent in mechanical strength, solvent resistance and water resistance, as well as having excellent dispersion stability without a dispersant.SOLUTION : A polyolefin resin aqueous dispersion contains an aqueous medium (M), and a polyolefin resin (P3) obtained by reacting a polyamine (A) represented by the general formula (1) with a polyolefin resin (P2) having a carboxylic acid anhydride group.
