PURPOSE : An integrated chaff liquor producing device having the high cooling condensation rate of smoke is provided to offer an environmentally friendly soil regulator using ash after carbonizing chaff. CONSTITUTION : An integrated chaff liquor producing device includes a carbonizing tank(3), a re-collecting tank(2), and a condensation tank(4). The re-collecting tank is located on the lower side of the carbonizing tank, and includes an ignition hole and a re-discharging outlet. The condensation tank can rotate to 90 degrees on the upper side of the carbonizing tank. Carbonized smoke of chaff generated from the carbonizing tank flows into the condensation tank. The condensation tank condenses and cools the smoke by circulate-spraying condensing water. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
