PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having reduction resistance, high resistance at high temperature, high dielectric constant and stable dielectric constant to DC voltage. SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component having a tetragonal tungsten bronze structure represented by the general formula A3(B1)(B2)4O15 and an accessory component. A is at least one selected from Ba, Sr, Ca and rare elements, B1 and B2 contain Zr and Nb, and the accessory component is at least one selected from Mn, Cu, V, Fe, Co and Si. Total content of Mn, Cu, V, Fe and Co is 0.5 mol% or more and less than 4 mol% and content of Si is less than 7 mol% when total of B1 and B2 is 100 mol%.
