PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an alloy material for enhancing high temperature performance and improving temperature stability of a magnet and a modification method of a bond magnet and rare earth permanent magnet powder. SOLUTION : There is provided an alloy material, which has the melting point of 600°C or less and composition of an alloy material of RE100-x-yMxNy by atom fraction, wherein RE is one or a plurality of non-heavy rare earth Nd, Pr, Sm, La, and Ce, M is one or a plurality of Cu, Al, Zn, and Mg, N is one or a plurality of Ga, In, and Sn, x=10 to 35, and y=1 to 15, which is low cost, can form an eutectic alloy having low melting point, and is capable of liquid phase diffusion at low temperature and therefore can improve uniformity of diffusion of elements to a rare earth permanent magnet powder at low temperature. At the same time, Ga, In and Sn have remarkable particle boundary segregation characteristic in a neodymium iron boron alloy and therefor can improve coercivity by strengthening particle boundary diffusion.
