The present invention provides an alloy material, a bonded magnet, and a modification method for a rare-earth permanent magnetic powder. A melting point of the alloy material is lower than 600° C, and a composition of the alloy material by an atomic number is RE_100-x-yM_xN_y, wherein RE is one or more of non-heavy rare-earth Nd, Pr, Sm, La, and Ce, M is one or more of Cu, Al, Zn, and Mg, N is one or more of Ga, In, and Sn, x = 10 to 35 and y = 1 to 15. The alloy material of the present application is able to form a process alloy having low costs and a low melting point and to be diffused in liquid phase at low temperatures, thereby improving uniformity with which the elements of the alloy material are diffused into rare earth permanent magnet powder at low temperatures. At the same time, Ga, In, and Sn have remarkable grain boundary clustering characteristics in NdFeB alloys to strengthen grain boundary diffusion, thereby improving an anti-magnetic force, and magnets formed of modified rare earth permanent magnet powder have a good high-temperature function.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
