PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a flexible display aluminum alloy film capable of suppressing electrical resistance increase and disconnection in a metal wiring even when repeatedly bent in a metal wiring aluminum alloy film used for a flexible display flexibility and freely bent. SOLUTION : The aluminum alloy film used for a flexible display comprises : at least one kind of X elements selected from a group consisting of Ta, Nb, Re, Zr, W, Mo, V, Hf, Ti, Cr and Pt; at least one kind of rare earth elements; at least one kind of Cu and Ge; at least one kind of Ni and Co; and the remainder consisting of Al and impurities.
