[Problem] The present invention provides a method for obtaining a molded Sm-Fe-N-based magnet that is more appropriate for mass production. [Solution] The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a molded Sm-Fe-N-based magnet having a hot compaction molding step for compaction-molding a Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic powder of a temperature of 600°C or less at a molding contact pressure of 1-5 GPa to obtain a molded Sm-Fe-N-based magnet having a relative density of 80% or greater.
