The present invention relates to a heat transfer tube in which a rare-earth oxide-based super water-repellent surface is implemented, and a manufacturing method therefor. The heat transfer tube has a super water-repellent surface which can be implemented even under a high-temperature environment since a rare-earth oxide is deposited on the surface of the heat transfer tube. Since the rare-earth oxide is deposited by means of a method of dipping and coating the surface of the heat transfer tube, a complicated shape can be coated and thus a plurality of assembled heat transfer tubes can be coated, thereby preventing a damage which occurs during a heat transfer tube assembling process after coating.
