Disclosed is a method to construct a low-rise apartment complex with forest air effect, capable of maintaining an oxygen concentration of indoor air at a level of a natural recreational forest. According to the present invention, the method comprises : a step of excavating ground to advance a foundation construction, using concrete to construct a foundation in a space where the foundation construction is completed, and installing a mold having a rebar arranged therein in the constructed foundation, wherein a wall is constructed by depositing concrete in the mold and a ceiling slab is constructed to complete a structure of an apartment; a step of constructing a finishing material on an indoor wall, wherein the finishing material is formed by mixing SiO_2, Al_2O_3, KaO, Fe_2O_3, and TiO_2 in order to maintain an oxygen level of indoor air within a range of 21.6 to 22.5%; and a step of constructing Hinoki cypress forest with a height of 25 to 40 m on front and rear sides of the apartment in order to face the apartment.(AA) Apartment structure construction → Foundation construction → Basis construction → Mold installation → Deposit concrete to construct a wall and a ceiling slab(BB) Manufacture and construct a finishing material → SiO_2, Al_2O_3, KaO, Fe_2O_3, and TiO_2 → Phytoncide(CC) Construct Hinoki cypress forest(DD) Construct birth forest(EE) Construct a valley, a fountain, and a pond(FF) Extract organic compounds from Hinoki cypress at 120 to 130° C and 1.3 to 1.4 atm and cool the organic compounds → extract a phytoncide liquid(GG) Immerse aggregates in the phytoncide liquid for 18 to 36 hoursCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
