The present invention relates to a system for treating an organic matter in rare earth-extracted wastewater and a method for treating an organic matter in the rare earth-extracted wastewater using the same. According to the present invention, oxidation efficiency of the organic matter in the rare earth-extracted wastewater is increased, and field applicability of an ozone oxidation treatment process is further improved by solving secondary contamination due to residual ozone.
