The present invention relates to a spot welding method of two sheets, mainly formed by zinc-plated steel sheets. The present invention comprises : a step of predetermining a position area where a welding spot is formed on two sheets coming in contact with each other; a step of applying substances having inoculation particles on at least one surface among the sheets in the preliminarily described position area; and a step of spot-welding the preliminarily described position area by allowing a current to flow through the sheets via a pair of electrodes, wherein the particles comprise at least one substance selected from a group comprising a C + Ti-B alloy (a) and an Al-Ti-B-Re alloy + C (b).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
