The present invention relates to a buried permanent magnet motor which has a rotor core disposed inside a stator and a plurality of permanent magnets embedded in a rotor core. A first permanent magnet forming the N pole on the rotor core and a second permanent magnet forming the S pole are asymmetrical in arrangement structure. According to the present invention, the arrangement of the permanent magnets forming the N pole and the permanent magnets forming the S pole are asymmetrical to make the paths of the magnetic fluxes different. So, it is possible to generate sufficient magnet torque and magneto-resistance torque with the electric motor of a hybrid vehicle even when rare earth magnets are used with the material of the permanent magnets.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
