PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an Sm-Fe-N-based alloy isotropic magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics and a high density.SOLUTION : An isotropic magnet having a relative (bulk) density of 83 vol% or more and a maximum energy product(BH)exceeding 13 MGOe is produced by sintering the magnet powder of a scale-like Sm-Fe-N-based alloy.
