Provided is an electronic cigarette heating element comprising an electronic heating film, comprising a heating cup made from a non-conductive material and the electronic heating film wrapped around the outer wall of the heating cup. The electronic heating film is provided with electrodes electrically connected with the electronic heating film at two end parts of the heating cup, respectively. The electronic heating film is composed of a chromium powder, a rhenium powder, a nickel powder, a tungsten powder and a rare earth powder at weight percentages of 10-18 percent, 15-25 percent, 20-30 percent, 20-30 percent and 10-20 percent, and the particle sizes of the chromium powder, rhenium powder, nickel powder, tungsten powder and rare earth powder are not greater than 80 nm. The electronic cigarette heating element comprising the electronic heating film has the advantages that tobacco shreds in the heating cup are rapidly and comprehensively heated by using the electronic heating film, such that the tobacco shreds are roasted completely, and harm to the human body is reduced.
