The present invention relates to a floating oil tank for treating an oil component in soil-extracted wastewater. The floating oil tank includes : a floating oil tank unit; a wastewater unit; a bubble generation nozzle; and an electric motor. As a result, oil components in the rare-earth extracting wastewater can be separated and removed as oil and wastewater. There is no need for a separate oil solubilizer, thereby providing an eco-friendly and highly efficient effect.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
