PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an alumina-ceramics member excellent in corrosion resistance and strength properties and having durability higher than that of the conventional one.SOLUTION : In the alumina-ceramics member made of alumina as the main crystal phase and oxide including one or more kinds of rare earth elements, the oxide being multiple oxide or two or more kinds of compounds, the content of the aluminum element is 50 to 99 mol%, the content of the rare earth element(s) is 1 to 50 mol%, and one or more kinds of crystal phases other than the alumina are included.
