PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion skin cosmetic having good spreadability and compatibility to skin, free from stickiness and extremely excellent in application feeling such as emollient feeling and springy feeling.SOLUTION : There is provided an oil-in-water type emulsion skin cosmetic containing 1.0-3.0 mass% of component (a), 0.1-0.5 mass% of component (b) and 0.005-2.0 mass% of component (c) shown below. (a) A hydrophobized polyether urethane expressed by formula (I) [in the formula, Ris 2-4C alkyl; Rand Rare each independently 2-4C alkylene or phenylethylene; Ris 1-10C alkylene optionally containing urethane bond; Ris 8-36C straight, branched or secondary alkyl; m is ≥2; h is ≥1; k is 1-500; and n is 1-200], (b) microgel obtained by crushing gel composed of a hydrophilic compound having gelling property, and (c) N-lauroyl-L-glutamic ester and/or N-myristoyl-N-methyl-β-alanine ester.
