PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a homoallyl alcohol derivative having tri-substituted olefin diastereoselectively with one step reaction under a mild condition without using a rare metal catalyst. SOLUTION : A manufacturing method of a homoallyl alcohol derivative provides a homoallyl alcohol derivative having tri-substituted olefin stereoselectively by reacting a propargyl compound having a stannyl group, a carbonyl compound and a boron reactant in the presence of oxygen in a mixed solvent of water and an organic solvent by a radical reaction.
