PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an R-T-B rare earth magnet capable of maintaining a maximum energy product even after high temperature exposure exceeding 150°C, and excellent in the temperature cycle characteristics repeating temperature rising and temperature lowering, and to provide an electric motor including the rare earth magnet, and a device including the electric motor. SOLUTION : In an R-T-B rare earth magnet containing crystal particles 1 having a tetragonal R2T14B compound (where, R is a rare earth element, T is an iron group element, and B is boron) as the main phase, shape memory alloy nanoparticles 2 are dispersed at least into the crystal particles 1.
