The present invention relates to a fiber board nonflammable panel and a manufacturing method for the same. Wheat straw and a corn stalk are cut, and a solution clustered and a mineral binder are mixed. The mixed solution is bonded by a multistage roll press or by a vacuum hot press by being placed in a mold. Therefore, the nonflammable panel is manufactured. The manufacturing method for the same includes : a step of preparing 30-95 wt% of at least an organic matter selected from a group comprising the organic matters of the wheat straw, the corn stalk, rice straw, and sawdust; a step of preparing 5-90 wt% of mineral powder; a step of preparing at least a compound selected from a group comprising alkali metal chloride and alkali earth metal chloride of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba; a step of manufacturing the clustered solution by using ultrasonic waves and a magnetizer by placing the organic matter, the mineral powder, and the compound into pure water; a step of forming a mixture by mixing 2-50 wt% of the liquid mineral binder to the clustered solution; and a step of forming the formed mixture by using the multistage roll press or the vacuum hot press.(1) Raw material (wheat straw, corn stalk, rice straw, and sawdust)(2) Crushing & pulverization(3) Mix the raw materials(4) Mold(5) Pressing(AA) Cutter, mixer(BB) Organic material+mineral binder powder+liquid mineral(CC) Zero gravity mixer(DD) Inputting the raw material(EE) Vacuum hot press(FF) Slowly cooling(GG) Grinding (surface processing)(HH) Cutting device (standardization)(II) Multi-blade cutting device(JJ) Packaging(KK) Packing machineCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
