PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a semiconductor ceramic composition which is a barium titanate-based semiconductor ceramic composition and can achieve the same performance as that of conventional ceramic compositions using rare earth elements without adding any rare earth elements. SOLUTION : Provided is a semiconductor ceramic composition which comprises a main component represented by a composition formula (1-x)(BaaMe1-a)TiO3-xBi(Mg, Nb)O3, wherein the a satisfies 0.4950≤a≤0.9500, the Me is either one kind of Sr or Ca or two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of Sr, Ca and Pb, the x satisfies 0.0060≤x≤0.0140 when the Me is Sr or two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of Sr, Ca and Pb, and the x satisfies 0.0080≤x≤0.0160 when the Me is Ca.
