PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite bond magnet which can make the absolute value of a temperature change rate of a magnetic flux density sufficiently small in a range where a permeance coefficient is 1-5, which is a typical using condition of a magnet.
SOLUTION : A composite bond magnet comprises : magnetic powder made of a rare earth-based alloy including a rare earth element; magnetic shunt alloy powder made of a magnetic shunt alloy; and a resin. The absolute value of a temperature change rate of a magnetic flux density in an operational temperature range of 20-150°C in a range where a permeance coefficient is 1-5 is 0.023%/°C or less.
