PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an acrylic fiber treatment agent which can satisfy both of prevention of interfiber fusion and stable operability in carbon fiber production, the agent not using a component which corresponds to or is suspected to correspond to an endocrine disturbing substance.SOLUTION : The acrylic fiber treatment agent contains a polyamide (A) having a structural unit (I) represented by the following general formula (1). (In formula (1), Rand Rare each independently a divalent organic group, and at least one of Rand Ris a group represented by general formula (2). When both Rand Rare groups represented by the general formula (2), Rand Rmay be the same or different.)
