The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a heating unit included in a skin massager. The heating unit is formed to contribute to the quality improvement of the skin massager by being formed to enable the active ingredient of patlite to be actively absorbed into skin as well as by reducing weight of the massager required to add pressure onto skin by being gripped for long time by using rare earth resources and patlite as main materials of the heating unit included in the massager. The heating unit is manufactured by : a main material preparing step (S10) of preparing rare earth resources and patlite as main materials; a main material pulverizing step (S20) of pulverizing the rare earth resources and the patlite into fine size in order to be mixed evenly; a slip injecting step (S30) of removing harmful water-soluble salts by putting the mixture into a mold frame and injecting a slip after adding salts to the pulverized rare earth resources and the patlite and mixing the salts with the rare earth resources and the patlite; a glaze coating step (S40) of putting glaze on the surface of a molded product after separating the molded product from the molding frame and drying the separated molded product; and a molded product firing step (S50) of firing the molded product coated with glaze on the surface in a kiln at 1000-1300° C, wherein the rare earth resources and the patlite are formed respectively in 1-5 wt% and 95-99 wt%.(AA) Start(BB) End(S10) Main material preparing step(S11) Leaching solution processing process(S12) Leaching solution heating process(S13) Impurity refining process(S20) Main material pulverizing step(S30) Slip injecting step(S40) Glaze coating step(S50) Molded product firing stepCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
