PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a motor system which does not use a rare earth magnet, in which a torque-weight ratio is larger by roughly one digit than a conventional motor, and which is suited to the current society of reversible conversion of electric energy-rotation energy efficiency of roughly 90%. SOLUTION : A stator 1 is housed in a double ring tooth-groove iron core by mutually coupling coils through division-multiplexing to the tooth-groove iron core having pole faces on both sides with a 2-phase configuration set as a basis. A rotor 2 is constituted in which a portion between the iron cores of the double ring tooth-groove iron core is held between both sides via a gap to form a 4-face gap opposite surface, and eight groups of suction poles each having pole faces at both ends are arranged around the double ring tooth-groove iron core and held so as to be rotatable. The magnetic energy of the coils accompanying switching can be reduced by one several tenth by the double effects of reduction through coil division and dispersion through mutual coupling. A torque-weight ratio can be increased by roughly one digit by the synergetic effect of a torque increase by integration of magnetomotive forces realized by mutual coupling, a torque increase through the composite structure of the suction poles, and the weight reduction of the iron cores.
