The result is achieved due, that screwdriver with magnetic device for holding screw has a handle with rod mounted in it and magnetic bushing, mounted on the rod for axial displacement, is additionally provided with bushing with axial hole, which is stepped along the length, and magnetic bush is made in the form of a set of magnetic rings from alloy ferromagnetic element with rare-earth element.
