PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an arylamine polymer having a higher excited triplet level than a known polymer, a method for producing the same, and an organic electroluminescent element comprising the same.SOLUTION : There is provided an arylamine polymer comprising a skeleton where at least two repeating structures are linked, the repeating structure being represented by a following general formula (1) : (Arrepresents a bivalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms or a bivalent heteroaromatic group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms; Arand Arare each independently an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms or a heteroaromatic group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms; R, R, and Rare each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, a phenyl group, a phenyl group having an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, a phenyl group having an alkoxy group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, or a phenyl group having a dialkylamino group having alkyl groups having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may be different; and n represents 0 or 1.)
