The present invention relates to a method of collecting rare earth from a permanent magnet using bio-adsorption which uses a bio-adsorbing agent manufactured using fine algae extract to easily collect rare earth metal to simplify a process of reducing manufacturing costs and prevent environmental pollution. According to the present invention, the method of collecting rare earth from the permanent magnet using bio-adsorption comprises : a dissolving step of dissolving a permanent magnet by nitric acid; a precipitate removal step of removing precipitate by adjusting pH of a solution in which the permanent magnet is dissolved; an addition step of adding fine algae particles to the solution from which the precipitate is removed; an agitation and adsorption step of agitating the solution to which the fine algae particles are added to allow neodymium and dysprosium to be adsorbed onto the fine algae particles; and a collection step of collecting the adsorbed neodymium and dysprosium.(S101) Dissolving step(S103) Precipitate removal step(S105) Addition step(S107) Agitation and adsorption step(S109) Collection stepCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
