The invention relates to elektromashinostroeniyu, in particular electric machines with excitation from permanent magnets, and concerns of design protection, fixing and centering brittle rare-earth magnets. Technical results of utility model are was to increase the reliability in operation and maintainability rotors thick traction electrical machines. Technical results are provided due to the, that rotor synchronous electric machine with permanent magnets is formed by magnetic system, including magnetized magnetic blocks. Magnetic system consists of cylindrical magnetic core, over outer diameter of which are made threaded holes and are installed magnetic blocks, fixed pressure strips, which are fixed by screws to magnetic circuit. Length magnetic circuit under screws is located plate with holes, length of which is equal to the clamping bar, and between magnetic units and hold-down strip is applied high temperature glue. Clamping plates have legs fastening, made with height difference of by thickness of metal strip. Clamping plates have form of magnetic blocks and form closed wheel evenly arranged magnetic blocks relative to each other, and ends of rotor magnetic blocks are closed end rings.
