PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To prevent damage to a magnet when inserting a magnet structure into a slot of a rotor. SOLUTION : A magnet structure 10 according to the present invention comprises : a single magnet 20 which is a rare earth sintered magnet or the like; and a non-magnetic case 30, covering the surface of the magnet 20, which is made of PET resin or the like. Because the surface of the magnet 20 is covered with the non-magnetic case 30, the present invention can prevent damage to the magnet 20 when inserting the magnet structure 10 into a slot of a rotor. In addition, unlike a structure in which a plurality of magnet pieces are collected, the present invention uses the single magnet.
