Non-Bearing and Jointless Bridge Structure

The present invention relates to a bridge structure without a bridge bearing on a lower surface of both ends of a girder and an expansion joint in a continuous bridge. The bridge structure without a bridge bearing and an expansion joint comprises : an abutment; a girder whose both ends are positioned on one side of an upper portion of the abutment and integrated into the abutment in a perpendicular direction; a connection slab positioned on an upper portion of back soil positioned on a wall of the other side of the abutment and the other side of the upper portion of the abutment; and a slab which is positioned on a portion of an upper portion of the girder and the upper portion of the abutment, and comes in surface contact with one end of the connection slab to be integrated into the abutment and the connection slab. The girder resists elastic displacement of the abutment by a soil pressure of the back soil. An axial force by longitudinal expansion of the girder and the slab is transferred to the back soil through the wall of the abutment. The transferred axial force is accommodated by elastic deformation of the back soil.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
