PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a Ni-based heat resistant alloy tube having excellent creep strength in a processing part by hot processing or cold processing after a heat treatment of a product.
SOLUTION : There is provided a manufacturing method of a Ni-based heat resistant alloy tube by conducting a product heat treatment on an alloy tube containing C : 0.02 to 0.15%, Si : 1.0% or less, Mn : 2.0% or less, P : 0.03% or less, S : 0.01% or less, Cr : 17.0% or more and less than 25.0%, Ni : 45.0% to 60.0%, Mo : 6.0% to 13.0%, Co : 4.0 to 15.0%, Al : over 0.3% and 1.8% or less, Ti : 0.02 to 0.8%, N : 0.05% or less, O : 0.01% or less, W : 0 to 10.0%, Zr : 0 to 0.3%, Nb : 0 to 1.5%, Ca : 0 to 0.05%, Mg : 0 to 0.05%, rear earth element : 0 to 0.2%, Hf : 0 to 0.2%, B : 0 to 0.02%, V : 0 to 1.5%, Ta : 0 to 2.0%, Re : 0 to 3.0% and the balance : Fe with impurities, conducting processing in hot or cold on a part of the alloy tube to form a processing part and then conducting a post heat treatment under a condition with a coating ratio by carbide of a crystal grain boundary and an intermetallic compound in a metallic structure on the processing part of 40.0% or less.
