According to a synchronous reluctance motor of the present invention, in a structure of a rotor for increasing the output density of the motor of a three-phase four-pole synchronous reluctance motor, the rotor is formed by stacking a plurality of electric steel plates produced by punching a metal thin plate with a die to be a round shape, segments and magnetic flux barriers are alternately and continuously arranged on a front surface of the electric steel plate to enable magnetic flux generated from the stator to flow, and the segments and the magnetic flux barriers arranged in the same form at first to fourth sections which are equally divided into four sections at 90° around a center of the electric steel plate. Therefore, according to the synchronous reluctance motor of the present invention, leakage magnetic flux is decreased so that the output density is increased, the amount of an expensive permanent magnet is decreased, and the output density of the motor is increased by using a non-rear earth electromagnet.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
