The present invention relates to a secondary battery. The secondary battery comprises : a winding-type electrode assembly including a plurality of electrode plates and a separator which is interposed between the plurality of electrode plates; a winding core member inserted at the center of the winding-type electrode assembly; an electrode tab attached to the electrode plate positioned between the electrode plate and the winding core member; and a support part interposed in a stepped part between the winding core member and the electrode plate formed by the electrode tab so as to prevent malfunction in the electrode plate due to the electrode tab.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
