PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a resin mixture for a samarium (Sm)-based bond magnet that has good storage stability under the environment of high temperature and high humidity, to provide a bond magnet produced by using the resin mixture for the Sm-based bond magnet and to provide a method for producing the Sm-based bond magnet.
SOLUTION : The resin mixture for an Sm-based bond magnet includes a resin composition produced by blending an epoxy resin (A), a curing agent (B) and a curing accelerator (C), and a powder for a rare earth magnet (D) including Sm in which the curing accelerator (C) is at least one kind of a borate salt and a borane compound. The Sm-based bond magnet is produced by compression molding the resin mixture and then subjecting the same to heat treatment. In the resin mixture for an Sm-based bond magnet, the borate salt comprises boron, at least one kind selected from an alkylphosphonium salt, an arylphosphonium salt, imidazole, a quaternary ammonium salt and the like and at least one kind selected from alkyl, aryl and fluoro.
