PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve low fuel consumption performance and wet grip performance in a good balance.SOLUTION : There is provided a rubber composition manufactured by blending diene rubber of 100 pts.mass, silica of 20 to 150 pts.mass, and organic silane binding to a cyclohexane ring via sulfur of 2 to 20 mass% based on the silica mass. In the formula, X, X, and Xare hydrogen atoms or alkyl groups having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, one of Aand Ais -CH-SiRRRand another is -CH-Z or -C(=O)-R, R, R, and Rare alkyl groups or alkoxy groups having 1 to 3 carbon atoms but at least one of them is the alkoxy group, x=2 to 4, m=1 to 22, N=2 to 44, Z is a mercapto group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, or an amino group, and Ris an aliphatic or an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms.
