The present invention relates to a smart hygienic device for automatically molding crust for pie or tart, wherein the smart hygienic device comprises : a seating jig formed on the top surface of a shelf, and having a molding pan put thereon while containing crust dough; a molding unit disposed at the top of the shelf, and longitudinally moved to mold the crust dough contained in the molding pan put on the seating jig into a dish shape; and a discharging unit for discharging the crust dough to the outside with the molding pan when the crust dough molded in a dish shape by the molding unit is molded. More specifically, the molding unit comprise : a longitudinally moving press; and a molding punch block for compressing crust dough in a dish shape on the bottom surface of the press. Since the seating jig is mounted on a rail installed to linearly move on the top surface of the shelf, the seating jig is linearly moved along the rail to be put right beneath the molding unit when the molding pan containing crust dough is put on the seating jig. Also, the press is downwardly moved, and the crust dough is molded into a dish shape by the molding punch block. According to the smart hygienic device for automatically molding crust for pie or tart of the present invention, by means of a hygienic film, an operation can be performed while the molding punch block of the molding unit does not directly come in contact with crust dough. Thus, the smart hygienic device is very hygienic. Also, a process of molding and discharging crust in a dish shape is automated, so an operation can be very rapidly performed.
