The present invention provides an organic light emitting device including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, one or more organic layers placed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein one or more organic layers include host material and n-type dopant, in a compound consisting of the host material, and includes one or more chemical bonds among elements consisting of the compound with the electronegativity difference of the elements not less than 0.5, and the n-type dopant includes at least one selected from the group consisting of alkali metals, alkali earth metals, and rare-earth metals.
