Disclosed is a device for separating and recovering fly ash. The device for separating and recovering fly ash comprises an electric precipitator which separates and recovers coarse fly ash particles and fine fly ash particles by electrically precipitating fly ash discharged from a coal-fired electrical power plant. The electric precipitator comprises : a coarse particle precipitation part formed on a first end of the electric precipitator, and charging coarse fly ash particles; a fine particle precipitation part formed on a second end of the electric precipitator, and charging fine fly ash particles; a coarse particle collecting hopper formed at the bottom part of the coarse particle precipitation part; and a fine particle collecting hopper formed at the bottom part of the fine particle precipitation part.(AA) Entrance(BB) Purified air(CC) ExitCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
