PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a magnet capable of suppressing cost increase and obtaining high remanent magnetic flux density without using a bond and the magnet. SOLUTION : The manufacturing method of a magnet includes : a step S1 for preparing a magnetic powder of a hard magnetic body composed of one or more kinds of Fe-N based compound and R-Fe-N based compound (R : a rare earth element); a step S4 for obtaining a primary molding by pressure molding with pressure less than or equal to breakdown pressure at which magnetic powder particles are broken down; and a step S5 for heating the primary molding at a temperature less than a decomposition temperature of the magnetic powder.
