PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a curable silicone resin composition containing a surface-modified composite metal oxide, for obtaining a cured product having a high refractive index and high weather resistance.SOLUTION : The curable silicone resin composition contains a curable polyorganosiloxane compound (A) and a surface-modified composite metal oxide (B). The surface-modified composite metal oxide (B) is obtained by surface-modifying a composite metal oxide (b2) with a modifier containing a surface modifier (b1) represented by general formula (1) : RRRSi-Y-SiRX{wherein Rto Rare each independently a C1-C18 hydrocarbon group or a substituted or unsubstituted siloxy group, Ris a saturated alkyl group, Y is a divalent bonding group, X is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C6 alkoxy group, a C3-C6 cycloalkoxy group, or an acetoxy group, and n is an integer of 0-2}.
