The present invention relates to a moisture removing filter and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the moisture removing filter includes : a permeating member having a permeating passage for fluid; and a superhydrophobicity moisture filter part on the permeating member. The moisture filter part removes moisture from fluid and allows the moisture-removed fluid to pass through. The moisture filter part also includes : a three-dimensional nanostructure on the permeating member; and a filter membrane on the three-dimensional nanostructure, containing rare earth metal oxide.
